lavender essential oil to your diffuser just before bedtime to calm and relax

Lavender Bath: Add 4 to 5
drops of this Lavender Essential Oil to your warm bathtub.
- Soothes Head
Discomfort: Mix 2 drops of
lavender oil with 2 drops of peppermint oil and apply directly to the back of
your neck and temples.

Depression and Stress: Lavender
can bring feelings of peace and relaxation. Inhale directly from the bottle to
immediately relax or rub some oil into your palms and cup them over your face
and take long breaths.

Growth: Mix 1 drop of lavender
oil in your shampoo every time you take a shower to serve as a natural

Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to your diffuser or just-boiled water pot. Inhale vapour for headache, depression, or insomnia.
Topical Use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute
with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Shelf life:
Pure essential oils do not go
rancid and they don't have a hard-set expiration date. Over time, however,
essential oils can oxidize, deteriorate and gradually lose their therapeutic
value and aromatic quality. The shelf life of essential oils can be maximized
by keeping their caps tightly closed and keeping them refrigerated or in a
cool, dry location away from sunlight and heat.
